Wanner Sculpture Studio, LLC was founded in 1970 by David Wanner.
The inauspicious beginnings were in the artist’s home studio.
In 1997 David’s son Jordan joined his father in business and
they moved the studio to a larger facility. The growing success of
the sculptors allowed the business to expand the foundry, metalworking,
and woodworking shops. Collectively they have produced sculpture
for over two hundred architectural settings throughout the U.S.,
in both private and public commissions. The studio has collaborated
with other art studios, foundries, and architects throughout the
United States and Europe.
The sculptural style of David and Jordan is rooted in the contemporary
European tradition of sculpture, as exemplified in the works of Meštrović,
Bourdelle, Rodin, Barlach, Kolbe, Marcks, and others.
